Collins Stewart Tullett plc (“the Company”) announces that on 14 December 2006 Walbrook Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, the Trustee of the Collins Stewart Tullett plc Employee Share Ownership Trust, acquired 2,312,299 25p ordinary shares. The shares were the subject of an equity swap entered into to hedge the Company’s commitments under the Tullett Liberty Equity Incentive Plan.
