Director’s appointment

The Board of Collins Stewart plc is pleased to announce the appointment as an independent non-executive director of Patrick O’Sullivan.

Mr O’Sullivan is the Group Finance Director of Zurich Financial Services Group plc. There are no other disclosures required under rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in connection with Patrick’s appointment.
