Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provisions we hereby notify the market of the following:

Collins Stewart plc's issued share capital consists of 247,412,364 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure of 247,412,364 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Collins Stewart plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
